Thanks to the tireless efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and the support of the President of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov, all conditions have been created in Turkmenistan for the development of small and medium-sized businesses. As a result, entrepreneurship plays an important role in strengthening the country's economic power and creating food abundance.

Today, the private sector of the economy has become a productive force, and the compliance of the food and industrial goods it produces with international standards makes the products of this sector in demand not only in the domestic but also in the foreign market.

In Turkmenistan, the number of private manufacturing enterprises equipped with modern equipment and producing products necessary for the country’s industry and social sphere continues to grow. One of such enterprises is the individual enterprise "Päkize aý", which was put into operation in 2021 and is located in the Khalach gengeshlik of the Khalach etrap of the Lebap velayat. The enterprise, which is a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, is engaged in the production of asbestos-cement roofing materials.

The powerful equipment installed at the enterprise, delivered from the People's Republic of China, ensures the high quality of the manufactured products. Considering the scale of the buildings and structures constructed throughout the country, it becomes obvious that the products of this enterprise play an important role in the construction industry of Turkmenistan.

The company employs about 50 people, most of whom are young professionals. The use of robotic technologies and automation of key production processes ensures efficiency and coherence of work.

Thanks to the hard work of the employees and specialists of the enterprise, about a thousand high-quality asbestos-cement roofing slabs 1 meter wide and 1 meter 75 centimeters long are produced per day. Almost 90% of the raw materials required for the production of this product are produced in Turkmenistan, which helps reduce the cost price and, accordingly, makes the finished product affordable for consumers.

According to the technological sequence of production, raw asbestos is crushed on special equipment and then mixed with cement and water. The resulting product is processed under high pressure on specialized equipment, after which it is cut to the specified dimensions. At the next stage, the product is given the appropriate wave-like shape using a forming unit. Then the raw semi-finished product is sent to a steam oven, where it undergoes a process of heat treatment and drying for 5-6 hours.

The finished asbestos-cement roofing sheets are automatically packed and delivered to customers by own transport of the "Päkize aý". The high quality of the products results in an increase in demand for them.

Currently, the products manufactured by the individual enterprise "Päkize aý", is supplied not only to the domestic market, but also exported to Afghanistan and Uzbekistan. In the future, it is planned to increase the volume of manufactured products and expand the range by introducing new technologies and increasing labor productivity.
