On April 22, 2024, the Third meeting of the Joint Turkmen-Romanian Commission on Road Transport and the Fourth meeting of the Turkmen-Romanian working group on cooperation in the field of transport took place in the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Romania. The Turkmen delegation was headed by G.Akmamedov, head of the «Turkmenawtoulaglary» of the transport and communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

An exhibition of works by Turkmen artists has been opened at the exhibition centre of fine arts of the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, which is dedicated to the national holiday Horse Day. In total, 125 paintings, graphic works, tapestries and sculptures are presented, which occupied the entire top floor of the centre.

On April 23, Turkey celebrates the national holidays of National Sovereignty and Children's Day. An exhibition entitled «Taryhdan taryply türkmen bedewi» dedicated to the Day of the Turkmen Horse was organized at the Historical and Local Lore Museum of the city of Arkadag. At the opening of the exhibition it was noted that the national holiday, which is celebrated on the last Sunday of April, is a modern continuation of the worldwide glory of the Ahal-Teke horse - the oldest of the cultivated breeds of horses.

On April 22, the opening of the exhibition “Magtymguly Fragi and the Cultural Heritage of Turkmenistan”, organized by the Permanent Representation of Turkmenistan to UNESCO together with the Embassy of Turkmenistan in France, the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, took place at the UNESCO headquarters in the capital of a friendly state. It was also held a scientific conference, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the activities of the Turkmen-French archaeological group.
