The women's chess team of Turkmenistan managed to rise by as much as 40 positions in the world ranking, which is published by the International Chess Federation (FIDE) on a monthly basis. The average rating of the leading «ten» Turkmen chess players, who now ranks 56th among 200 countries, is 1940.

Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection was allowed to conclude contracts with foreign companies
With a view of successful realization of reforms in agriculture of the country, enhancement of efficiency of work carried out by producers of agricultural crops to obtain a high yield in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution to allow the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection to conclude contacts with foreign companies for purchase of spare parts, wheels, lubricants and supplies for grain combines, ploughing tractors and cultivators.

Terms and rules of nomination of amateur arts groups for the title “People’s” were approved

Türkmengaz State Concern was instructed to give the relevant volume of liquefied gas free of charge to the Republic of Uzbekistan
With a view of further strengthening of good neighbourhood relations of friendship and brotherhood between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan and rendering of friendly and brotherly help to Uzbekistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree according to which, Türkmengaz State Concern was instructed to give the relevant volume of liquefied gas free of charge to the Republic of Uzbekistan as friendly and brotherly help.
