The President of Turkmenistan signed a decree on pardon on the occasion of the International Year of Peace and Trust

In order to significantly strengthen the unity and cohesion of the Turkmen society and each family, guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by great ancestors, and also on the occasion of «2025 - the International Year of Peace and Trust», the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardoning convicted persons on the occasion of «2025 - the International Year of Peace and Trust», releasing the pardoned citizens from further serving the main sentence in the form of imprisonment.

The Procedure for state registration of movable assets of the national historical and cultural heritage has been approved

For the purposes of state registration of items representing national historical and cultural value and maintaining their State Register, as well as in accordance with Article 12 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the protection, export and import of movable assets of the national historical and cultural heritage», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution approving the Procedure for state registration of movable assets of the national historical and cultural heritage.
