In the south of the capital, the construction of the first turn of the “Parahat-7” micro-district is under completion. The residential complex raised along the Baba Annanov Street behind the Ashgabat River scale construction of a new residential complex started in August 2011 is being realized by the “Arkachgurlushyk” and “Ashgabatgurlushyk” Production Associations of Construction Ministry of Turkmenistan.
Soon, the construction of the second and third turn of the residential complex, which totals 9 hectares of area, will be started. The blocks will stretch till the Yunus Emre and Alty Garluyev Streets. As a whole, 22 twenty-storey dwelling houses of improved 148U line that is 2 thousand comfortable 1-4 –roomed flats will be erected on the territory of the “Parahat-7” micro-district.
Moreover, a school for 500 seats and two kindergartens for 140 seats each will be constructed in the micro-district. Within the precincts of the “Parahat-7” micro-district, it is envisaged the construction of children’s and sport grounds as well as grounds for organization of cultural and mass events, over ten of car parks, 6 electric power substations, pumping stations and boiler houses. A trade complex and two multilevel car parks will appear there as well.
4 of 9 dwelling houses of the first turn are fully ready for settlement. All essential communications have been linked up; electricity, gas and water supply have been provided. Commissioning works on exploitation of lifts, sewage and heating systems have been carried out. First new settlers will appear here in the first decade of July.
Another two houses, where final measures on testing of all essential communications for residence have been started these days, are on the threshold of putting into exploitation. Dwelling houses of the first turn will be fully commissioned in August.
In future, upon completion of erection of the “Parahat-7” complex, it is planned the construction of the “Parahat-7/2” and “Parahat-7/3” micro-districts. The total area of the construction site of three new micro-districts will make 23 hectares.
