With a view of successful fulfilment of the goals designated in the Program “Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state: the National program of socio-economic development of Turkmenistan for 2022-2052” and “Program of the President of Turkmenistan of social and economic development of the country for 2022-2028”, maintenance of social and economic growth of the state and achievement of dynamical development of regions, implementation of active investment policy and increase in volumes of capital investments in construction of industrial and social projects, strengthening of economic power of the country and full involvement of industrial potential of industrial enterprises, stimulation of manufactures, which produce goods focused on export and import replacement, consecutive introduction of modern digital technologies and "green" economy, broad support of small and medium size business, creation of new workplaces in regions, substantial increase of standards of living of citizens in 2026, declared “Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged racers”, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution and has approved the Program of social and economic development of Turkmenistan and investments for 2026.
Ministries, departments, khyakimliks of velayats, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities should provide proper fulfilment of the above-stated Program within established terms.

According to the document, the Organizing committee on holding horse-breeding and equestrian sports events at high level in 2026, which was declared «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged racers» was set up and its structure was approved.

With a view of successful fulfilment of goals on development of silkworm breeding branch, increase in volumes and improvement of quality of cocoons of silkworm in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution to commission "Türkmenpagta" State Concern and khyakimliks of velayats to ensure production of 2 thousand 100 tons of cocoons of silkworm in 2026.
"Türkmenpagta" State Concern is commissioned to conclude general agreements on production of cocoons of silkworm with khyakimliks of velayats, and to provide farmers’ associations, agricultural enterprises, farm economies of velayats, tenants and owners of lands with high-quality silkworm eggs with in necessary volume.
Khyakimliks of velayats are assigned to ensure fulfilment of obligations of agreements on production of silkworm cocoons in full volume.

With a view of organisation of important international events, including the Consultative meeting of heads of states of Central Asia and Azerbaijan planned to be held this year, declared «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged racers», on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, and in connection with presidency of our country in the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2026, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution.
According to the document, the Organizational state committee on holding events in honour of the 35th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan at high level this year, which was declared «Independent neutral Turkmenistan - the homeland of purposeful winged racers», was created and its structure was approved.

With a view of transformation of our country into a blossoming land, considerable enrichment of its fine nature in the Era f Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Resolution to ensure the planting of saplings of deciduous, coniferous, fruit-trees and grapes in Turkmenistan in 2026, including:
- by ministries and departments, khyakimliks of Ashgabat and Arkadag cities and to other establishments - 1,5 million saplings;
- by khyakimliks of velayats - 1,5 million saplings.
Ministries, departments, khyakimliks of velayats, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities are commissioned to ensure the planting of saplings of fruit-trees and grapes by species on separately allocated ground areas, irrigation with the drop irrigation method of saplings deciduous, coniferous, fruit-trees and grapes.
The document also instructs the Ministry of Environmental Protection to provide ministries, departments, khyakimliks of velayats, Ashgabat and Arkadag cities and other establishments with saplings of grapes and three-year saplings of trees in enough quantity and to carry out control over the planting and care of saplings.

With a view of successful realisation of «Programs of the President of Turkmenistan of social and economic development of the country in 2022-2028», stimulation of achievement of the best results in social, economic, cultural spheres and creation of manufactures with modern technologies in etraps and cities in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state as well as fulfilment of Order № 1110 of the President of Turkmenistan of February 7, 2025, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Order.
According to the document, by Turkmenistan, Koneurgench etrap of Dashoguz velayat, which following the results of 2025, has reached the highest results in all social, economic and cultural indicators among etraps of velayats and cities with the status of etraps as well as etraps of Ashgabat city, was declared winner and the khyakimlik of Koneurgench etrap was awarded a cash prize of 1 million US dollars.
The Central Bank was commissioned to allocate the above-stated cash award from the State Fund for Development of the Golden Age of Turkmenistan.

With a view of successful realisation of «Programs of the President of Turkmenistan of social-economic development of the country in 2022-2028», sustainable development of the country, stimulation of creation of manufactures with modern technologies and consecutive improvement of social living conditions of the population in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Decree on announcement the competition among etraps of velayats and cities with the status of etraps and etrap of Ashgabat city in achievement of the best results in all social, economic and cultural indicators in velayats and Ashgabat city following the results of 2026.
According to the document, the Commission on definition of etrap or cities with the status of etrap - the winner of the competition in achievement of the highest results in all social, economic and cultural indicators in velayats and Ashgabat city was formed following the results of 2026 and its structure was approved.
The Commission was assigned to establish the etrap or a city with the status of etrap, which in every velayat and Ashgabat city will reach the highest results in the above mentioned competition, and to define among them the etrap or city with the status of etrap, which will be recognised winner in Turkmenistan.
The document also assigns to award a cash prize of 1 million US dollars to the khyakimlik of etrap or city with the status of etrap, which has become winner in Turkmenistan in the above-stated competition.

With a view of successful fulfilment of investment plans of the country, timely completion of construction and commissioning of industrial and social projects in 2026, creations of new workplaces in regions and considerable improvement of social conditions and well-beings of citizens, the President of Turkmenistan has signed the Decree.
According to the document, deputy-chairmen of the Cabinet, khyakims of velayats and Ashgabat city are commissioned to carry out control over the high quality and timely completion of construction and commissioning of corresponding large industrial and social objects in the current year.
The document also obliges the Ministry of Construction and Architecture to strengthen control over the quality of erection of above-mentioned objects, and according to terms, to establish the date of their commissioning by months and to ensure inclusion of these dates into monthly schedules of events and opening of social objects.
The Ministry of Finance and Economy together with khyakimliks of velayats and Ashgabat city are also assigned to make the monthly report on the course of construction of objects and facilities according to the schedule and its subsequent submission to deputy chairmen of the Cabinet of Turkmenistan.
