Our country is actively preparing for the upcoming session of the Halk Maslahaty, which is being held on the eve of the celebration of the Independence Day of the Motherland. Ensuring the proper level of the forthcoming nationwide forum and maintaining effective coordination among the relevant structures are among the most important tasks of the velayat, city and etrap hyakimliks, deputies of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, political parties and public organizations. State institutions and public associations are demonstrating a high degree of coordination in implementing the planned objectives.
In this context, particular importance is attached to thematic conferences organized, among others, by public organizations in the Mary velayat. These events are aimed at broadly explaining the role of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan as an important institution and a significant event in the country’s social and political life.
In the era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, our beloved Motherland is confidently moving towards the glorious 35th anniversary of its sacred independence. Entrepreneurs of the Mary velayat, who actively participate in the country’s public life, are also approaching this significant celebration with outstanding achievements and labour contributions. A testament to this is the conference “The Halk Maslahaty – A National Model of Democracy”, organized by the Mary Velayat Committee of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan jointly with the Mary Velayat Department of Education.
During the forum, speakers delivered substantive presentations that provided a detailed account of the essence of the large-scale transformations being carried out in the country and conveyed their importance to the general public.
The Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan is the highest representative body of popular authority, entrusted with addressing the most important issues of state and public life. It embodies the unity of our people, the prosperity of the state, and a distinctive model of national democracy that incorporates the centuries-old experience and traditions of our ancestors.
