The dwellers of three 12-storey highly comfortable houses gave a house-warming party. These houses were constructed in vast residential area for employees of oil and gas complex of the country in the south of the Turkmen capital.

Major solemnities were expanded near 100-flat house at a crossroads of Ankara and “10 yil abadanchylyk” streets. Original multilevel building consists of blocks in 5, 7 and 9 floors, joining the central 12-storey high-rise “tower”. Nearby, another two highly comfortable houses with 72 flats each welcomed new settlers.

There is full built-in technique in comfortable flats – from 2 to 5 rooms. Well-equipped kitchen is a dream of every hostess. Available set of attributes, which became obligatory for such houses: underground car parks for dwellers and guests, children’s and sport grounds, places for holding of solemnities.

Wide green zone was laid out round comfortable residential complex. Young saplings rustle with leaves and crystal-clear spurts of fountains create favorable microclimate there. There are tennis courts, covered and open pools, fitness centers, solarium on the territory of residential complex.
