The President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree. According to this document, it was ordered to call the Elders Council of Turkmenistan on October 23, 2012 in Turkmenbashi of Balkan province with an offer to include into its agenda the vital tasks of the state life.

According to this document, with a view of efficient organization of the Elders Council of Turkmenistan, reception, collection of proposals and appeals, it was created the State Commission and approved its members at the head of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
