New kindergarten for 140 kids was opened in Saganly settlement in vicinities of the administrative center of Balkan province – Balkanabat city. Modern kindergarten has all conditions for harmonious recreation and interesting spare time. In two-storey building, there are compact rooms for various age groups and educational rooms, spacious bedrooms, sport, musical and playing halls.
