The ceremony of opening of a complex of newly-constructed buildings too place in the renovated Bagtyyarlyk settlement. The Chairperson of the Mejlis, the heads of the velayat and etrap as well as numerous guests attended the ceremony.
As is known, the Uchajy settlement in Bayramali Etrap, Mary Velayat that was renamed into Bagtyyarlyk at the request of the local people, was fully reconstructed in accordance with the special Resolution the President of Turkmenistan “On the social and economic development of the Uchajy settlement in Bayramali Etrap, Mary Velayat. In compliance with the document, the large-sale construction project was launched there.
Two months later, a new water conduit was laid in the arid zone of one of the greatest deserts in the world – the Karakum Desert. The streets were laid there in line with the general plan on developing and improving the settlement drafted by designers given the modern requirements of the municipal engineering. The railway station located nearby the settlement was rebuilt. A new wide road runs from the settlement to the railway station.
Given that mostly stock-breeders of one of the largest cattle-breeding farm live in Bagtyyarlyk, an enterprise for production of chal, a healing beverage of fermented camel milk, and new facilities for processing skin were built in Bagtyyarlyk.
Maters of art who arrived in the settlement from the cities and etraps of the region performed a big concert to mark a remarkable event in the life of the local people and in honour of the forthcoming holiday – the Day of Independence of Turkmenistan.
