Today, tens of luxurious hotels and comfortable children’s health resorts adorn the coast of the Caspian Sea. In this year, the resort infrastructure was replenished with a complex of cottages “Shapak” of the State Commercial Bank “Turkmenbashi” and new hotel “Bereket” for 20 rooms constructed to the order of the Ministry of Trade and Foreign economic ties of Turkmenistan.
At present, over 20 new facilities are under construction in “Avaza”. Among them are multifunctional health and recreation centers for workers of agro-industrial complex, and luxurious hotels, being constructed to the order of the State Service of Sea and River Transport and State Committees for sports and tourism. Among new buildings, it is worth mentioning the health resort of the Parliament of Turkmenistan, high-rise hotel and cottage township of 27 two-storey houses of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
Cultural and entertaining center with 12 cottages for Ashgabat city municipality, resort townships consisting of tens of two-storey cottages each intended for workers of financial and economic sphere and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan are among projects, being realized there. To the order of the Ministry of Culture, it is constructed the cottage township of 15 two-storey houses for builders of fuel-energy complex – 10 cottages with health-improving and entertaining infrastructure. Each of municipalities of the country’s provinces will also have its own modern health-improving center for adults and children for 300 rooms in the resort zone.
On the instruction of the President of Turkmenistan, the ministries and departments comprising oil and gas complex of the country will construct on the sea resort an aquapark with entertaining center and oceanarium, structural subdivisions of transport complex and communications – karting center. Owing to them, it will be created conditions for training in mini-motor racing. Executive office of the Presidential machinery of Turkmenistan was entrusted with a task to realize in “Avaza” the construction of the Congress Palace.
Economic, financial and banking structures were entrusted with a task to construct in the tourist zone the golf-center, ministries and departments of trade sector – two supermarkets, and spheres of culture and tourism – modern cinema. Subdivisions of agricultural complex will accomplish on the Caspian coast the park zone with playing amusements.
