A number of ministries and departments will build comfortable apartment houses for their specialists along the Atamyrat Niyazov Avenue.

The Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan will conclude a contract with the Total Inşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi Turkish Construction Company for design and construction of 12-storey 44-apartment house.

On behalf of the Ministry of Railway Transport, the Ministry of Motor Transport, the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan and the Turkmenhowayollary State National Service, the Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan as a general client will conclude a contract with the Özerli Inşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi Turkish Construction Company for design and construction of 12-storey 114-apartment house.

The Turkmennebitgurlushik State Concern will serve as a client and contractor for design and construction of a 12-storey 114-apartment house of a complex of the oil and gas and chemical sphere and fishing industry.

The first floor of these houses will host stores. There will be parking garages as well as an area for ritual events, children and sports grounds on the territory adjacent to the house.

The construction works will start on December 2013. It is planned to open new buildings on October 2014.
