The ceremony of opening of three apartment houses built for the specialists of the enterprises affiliated to the Turkmennebit State Concern and other organisations was held in Balkanabat.
96 families received the keys to new apartments with improved conditions in the 12-storey building during the ceremony. There are children’s playgrounds and sports ground with basketball and volleyball field on the adjacent territory planted with trees and decorative shrubs.
Another two two-storey apartment houses built at the request of the enterprises of the Turkmennebit State Concern were opened in a new residential area in the western part of Balkanabat on the same day. Each of these houses has 16 apartments with improved conditions.
A new Bagt Köşgi Wedding Palace, a library, a Centre of Culture and other objects will be built in the city in the near future. Moreover, the streets and roads are reconstructed in the city and facades of old apartment houses are refreshed.
