On the threshold of New 2013 Year, two two-storey 16-apartment dwelling houses were put into exploitation in the administrative center of Kaka etrap.
Ecological building and decoration materials were used in construction. It was envisaged the centralized heating in the houses. Spacious dwelling rooms differ by original design. Kitchens are fitted with relevant up-to-date home equipment. Children’s “township”, sport grounds for playing basketball and indoor soccer were constructed on the accomplished territory near every house. There are also places for holding social events and car park. Tens of seedlings of coniferous and deciduous trees were planted there. There are street lamps and original benches along paths.
As the etrap municipality informed, the construction of similar dwelling house for residents of rural settlement will be expanded in future as well. People are able to purchase flats in these houses by mortgage crediting.
