The Turkmen capital hosted an extraordinary congress of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan which was attended by leaders and members of the provincial offices of the largest humanitarian organizations, as well as representatives of international organizations, working closely with NRCST.
On the agenda of the Congress made a number of important issues including those related to the results of the Central Board, the provincial departments and the Finance Committee of the National Red Crescent Society during the past year 2012.
The forum was also approved work plan NRCST in 2013 and considered an organizational issue. Head of the organization Sh.Mamedova was released as chairman NRCST for health reasons. For this post delegates unanimously elected M.Achilova.
