New kindergarten for 160 kids is constructed in Baharly. It is the fourth kindergarten constructed within the last years on the territory of Baharly etrap of Akhal province. Construction and reconstruction of these social facilities is realized within the framework of “National Program of the President of Turkmenistan on reformation of social and living conditions of population of villages, towns of etraps and etrap centers until 2020”.
Two-storey building of pre-school establishment designed by the specialists of “Ahaltaslama” Institute is constructed by “Ak-Diyar” private enterprise. Main customer of the project is the Capital Construction Management of Akhal province.
In new kindergarten, there are bright and spacious bedrooms, comfortable changing rooms, cosy playing and training rooms, mini dining rooms, computer classrooms, rooms for manual training, music halls. In the yard of kindergarten, it was also envisaged the physical training grounds for baby and pre-school groups, zones for organization of sport games and open pavilions.
