The fourth number of quarterly popular science magazine of the National Institute of Manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan completes a series of issues of publication for 2012. Its pages open the richest spiritual and historic-cultural heritage of the Turkmen people.


On the pages of the number, it was inserted the articles of some participants of the International Scientific Conference “Revival of Great Silk Road in the prosperous epoch of the powerful state” held in Turkmenistan in December of the last year.

The issue also presents traditional review of the events of social, scientific and cultural life of Turkmenistan within October-December of the last year.

Magazine designed at the high printing level was illustrated colorfully with reproductions of pictorial canvases and photo works of contemporary masters of art, rare archive materials and cartographic pictures.
