With a view of realization of the National Forestry Program of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having ordered the ministries and sectoral departments, Ashgabat city municipality to realize the planting of 1.5 million seedlings between Anew and Baharly towns in 2013.

The municipalities of provinces also have to plant on the territory of provinces 1.5 million seedlings of leaf-bearing, coniferous, fruit trees and grape.

The document orders the ministries, sectoral departments, municipalities of provinces and Ashgabat to provide the watering of seedlings of trees and grape by drip irrigation method, and Ministry of Nature Protection of Turkmenistan to provide all structures with seedlings of grape and triennial saplings of trees in essential quantity as well as to realize control over process of their planting and care.
