The ceremony of opening a new etrap military commissariat building took place in the administrative centre of Ruhubelent Etrap. It is composed of several buildings, including the main office building. The centralized supply system creates the favourable microclimate in all premises occupying about 600 square metres, including barracks, dining room, laundry, etc.

The new military commissariat building adorns the architectural ensemble in the central part of the urban settlement. Today the administrative centre of Ruhubelent Etrap is a comfortable settlement with modern infrastructure, the network of organisations, institutions and facilities which ensures its effective work and comfortable life.

The officials of the Ministry of Defence, the Dashoguz Velayat Khyakimlik and the Ruhubelent Etrap Khyakimlik, the leders and local young citizens, representatives of labour collectives and public organizations participated in the ceremony. Valuable presents were given to best builders during the ceremony.
