The ceremony of commissioning of new Health Center was held in Ata village of Serahs region in Akhal province.

Multifunctional single-storey building of the Health Center was designed in accordance with the modern requirements and constructed by local private construction organization with application of ecological building and decoration materials. New building has the rooms for family doctors, physiotherapy, stomatological, gynecological and treatment rooms, which are fitted with the latest apparatuses and laboratory equipment. There is also a day hospital. The adjoining territory of the outpatients' clinic was accomplished and planted with trees and bushes.
