A regular issue of the “Democracy and Law” journal published by the Turkmen National Institute for Democracy and Human Rights under the President of Turkmenistan appeared in print. The journal is published in the Turkmen, Russian and English languages.
The journal presents a number of thematic materials dedicated to the specific aspects of legal regulations of various spheres of the state and social life. Thus, the article “General concepts of the criminal procedure legislation” familiarizes the readers with the key issues of the legislation in this area, its structure and regulations set by the government authority. The article also presents the information on the legal acts and documents effective in our country in compliance with the standards of the international law.
