Solemn ceremony devoted to the Day of workers of public health and medical industry was held in the conference hall of the State Medical University of Turkmenistan. It was arranged a celebration in honor of the physicians, who were awarded honorable title “Honored worker of the public health of Turkmenistan” in accordance with the Decree of the head of state.
Associate professor of the department of the State Medical University of Turkmenistan Bibi-Niyaz Akiyeva and head of division of the Central Medical Hospital of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan Nadezhda Davletova for ponderable contribution to the development of healthcare sphere of independent neutral Turkmenistan, attainments in the field of public health protection, honest and selfless labor of many years, high professional mastery.
According to the decision of the Presidium of High Certifying Committee of Turkmenistan, it was also awarded the citizens of Federal Republic of Germany with the title of Honorable Professor of the State Medical University - privat-docent, Doctor of Medicine, senior doctor of Munich University named after Ludwig Maximilian Mr. Andreas V.Flemmer and privat-docent, Doctor of Medicine, deputy director of the clinic of the same University Mr. Uve Hazbargen for strengthening of ties of friendship and brotherhood between the Turkmen and German people, establishment of wide cooperation between Turkmenistan and Germany in the sphere of public health, successful solution of tasks set by the President of Turkmenistan in the sphere of science.
The scientists-physicians of Germany thanked the Turkmen party for such high estimation of their labor and great honor to be owner of the high academic rank of the teacher of one of most authoritative higher educational establishments of the country as well as conditions created for efficient and all-round development of the Turkmen-German cooperation in this field.
