The marathon of architectural premieres is taking place throughout the country before the celebrations in honour of the 20th anniversary of independence these days, on the eve of the main national holiday. The programme of the festivities traditionally includes the ceremonies of opening numerous social and cultural facilities, including apartment houses which have become the bright illustrations of constructive energy of the peoch of new Revival and great reforms.
A new 24-apartment house became a wonderful present for the people of Gurtli settlement in Ruhabat Etrap in Ahal Velayat for the national holiday.
The newly constructed building as an integral part of the programme for the development of the housing estate along Gurbansoltan Eje Avenue blends well with the architectural ensemble of this settlement. The white-marble four-storey building as many other social infrastructure facilities in the region was built by specialists of the construction and mounting department 4 of the Ahalgurlusyk Production Association using high quality building materials in line with modern quality standards.
The house with four entrances has the three- and four-room apartments with modern conveniences. There are various stores and consumer services centres on the first floor of the newly-constructed building which will offer the whole spectrum of services to its dwellers.
The house is equipped with the heating and air-conditioning system. There are outdoor sports grounds and playing fields, tennis court and special area for arranging festivities and ritual events in the adjacent territory where flower beds and lawns with trees and shrubs are laid out.
The opening ceremony, which brought together representatives of the velayat and etrap administrations, the elders and numerous local citizens, was held in a festive atmosphere.
