The sixth book of chronological issue, which gives a review of major events of the last year of 2012, has been published. The publication is of journalistic type, which has practical value and huge informative significance. “Chronicle of great accomplishments” published in the Turkmen and Russian languages was prepared for printing by the Archives of the President of Turkmenistan and issued by the Printing Center of the Turkmen State Publishing Service. The book is intended for students, teachers of the higher educational establishments, historians, activists of the social organizations as well as wide readership, who are interested in modern Turkmenistan.

Wide readership is provided with materials, familiarizing with priority trends of home and foreign policy of Turkmenistan at modern stage, realization process of national programs aimed at comprehensive and dynamic development of the country. In the chronological succession, it was covered the meetings of the Cabinet of Ministers, State Security Council, Parliament, Elders’ Council of Turkmenistan, working trips to regions of the country and foreign visits of the President of Turkmenistan as well as businesslike meetings and negotiations held at the high level on hospitable Turkmen land. Moreover, in the pages of “Chronicle…”, it is possible to find brief information about video conference calls and other meetings held by the nation leader as well as passed decrees, resolutions and instructions of the head of state.
