New House of Culture was opened in Jemshit-oba village of “Gayrat” Gengeshlik of etrap named after S.A. Niyazov in Dashoguz province.
Well-equipped hall for 200 spectators occupies major part of new building. House of Culture contains numerous premises intended for rehearsals of amateur troupes and trainings in circles, photographic studios, audio recording studio, Internet-hall and others. Self-contained life support systems serve for uninterrupted functioning of new building.
At present, in this etrap, such Houses of Culture are also erected in “Altyn Asyr”, “Shatlyk” gengeshliks and on the territory of new settlement, being created in Gengeshlik named after Hudaybergenov.
