The solemn ceremony of putting a modern highway - new section of the Kopetdag Shayoly took place in the southern part of the Turkmen capital.

The new section of the Kopetdag Shayoly stretches for 7,700 meters starting from Bekrava Avenue to Andalib Street. Like other highways in the city, its envisages the two-way traffic movement, the width of a traffic line is 13.25 meters. The roadway is covered with three-layer asphalt.

The new section of the Kopetdag Shayoly is equipped with modern alarm systems, traffic control and street lighting.

The highway that meets the high world standards was built by the specialists of the Vozrozhdenie Russian Company. The new road will host bicycle racing and other sports events.
