Three apartment houses and a kindergarten opened in the Keshi district in the Turkmen capital.

The newly-built apartment houses are covered with white marbles and decorated with high columns, the basement floors are faced with granite. All necessary conditions for comfortable life are created in the new apartments. A supermarket was opened on the first floor of one of the apartment houses. There are children's playing grounds and sports grounds, indoor car parking and the areas for arranging special events and baking Turkmen national bread - chorek on the territory adjacent to the apartment houses that is planted with coniferous trees.

There are computer rooms and language laboratories in the new preschool institution designed for 160 places. Children will develop their artistic abilities and sports in the music and dancing rooms and spacious gym supplied with sports equipment that is very attractive for preschool children. The spacious and light bedrooms and classrooms with comfortable furniture are specially designed for children of different ages. The state-of-the-art TV- and audio-equipment is installed in each classroom. Children will practice swimming in the indoor swimming pool supplied with all necessary equipment. The new facility is supplied with the autonomous water, heating and power supply systems.

There are playing grounds, pavilions and pergolas in the four-hectare kindergarten yard planted with trees and shrubs.
