The ceremony of opening an apartment house in the new housing estate built out of the funds of the Turkmenbashi oil refineries took place in Turkmenbashi on the Day of Oil and Gas Industry Workers and Geologists of Turkmenistan.
Dozens of families of workers, engineers and specialists of the Turkmenbashi oil refineries (TKNPZ) received the keys to new comfortable apartments. Ceremony participants joined in the bright festivities with music, songs and performances presented by local artistic groups of the cultural centre.
Spacious two-, three- and four-room apartments built from modern building and decoration materials are given to oil industry workers on favourable terms. They are to repay 50% disbursement of a lax mortgage loan by instalments within 30 years. The other 50% will be disbursed by the Turkmenbashi oil refineries
On that day a parking lot designed for 100 propane delivery trucks which would deliver liquefied petroleum gas to consumers was put into operation near the LPG filling station of the Turkmenbashi oil refineries.
There are ten tents for vehicles, mechanical repair shop, water tanks for technical operations and fire prevention and auto repair stations in the territory parking lot built by the construction and mounting subdivisions of the Turkmennebitgazgurlusyk State Concern at the request of the TKNPZ. The adjacent territory is arranged in compliance with industrial design and environmental standards.
