Preparations for the meeting of the Elders’ Council of Turkmenistan are carried out in Dashoguz. In the upcoming national forum it will be discussed top-priority tasks of state life, social and political development of Turkmen state, realization of national socio-economic programs, perspectives and new key points for the near future.

Today our respected elders take an active part in the social life of our country, make a great contribution to the patriotic, labor and moral and spiritual education of our youth, realization of large scale reforms unfolded in the Turkmen land notes president of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
This statement of the leader of nation during recent enlarged meeting of Cabinet of Ministries of Turkmenistan evidences about enormous attention attached to elder generation. Honorable elders are constant participants of all meetings with the employees of enterprises, state establishments, peasants’ associations, geneshliks, educational foundations and other events organized by province, city and etrap committees of Democratic Party of Turkmenistan jointly with other social organizations.
Elders together with representatives of social organizations also take an active part in wide scale activities on deserving meeting of the main state holiday- the 22nd anniversary of Independence of Turkmenistan. The Elders are invariable guests of honor and interesting company at around table meetings held in Turkmen Agricultural Institute, specialized professional schools, comprehensive schools, children’s preschool establishments, sport schools as well.
At meetings with the public, residents of cities, and villages representatives of city and etrap party organizations and elders make a due note on the essence of grandiose reforms, the main goal of which is to bring the Turkmen state to the leading position, improvement of life standards and prosperity of people.
In the northern part of the country a special attention is attached to development of social infrastructure. For example, new House of culture for 200 seats has been commissioned in the Jemshit village of the “Gayrat” village geneshlik of etrap named after S.A. Niyazov. Similar houses of culture are constructed in the “Altyn yol” and “Shatlyk” geneshliks as well as on the territory of new settlement emerged in geneshlik named after J. Hudaybergenov of etrap named after S.A. Niyazov, administrative centers of etrap named after Saparmyrat Turkmenbashy and Gubadag etrap. In September of the current year three new secondary schools in villages of Koneurgench, Gubadag and Akdepe etraps have been put in to exploitation. And also new village sport schools are put in to operation. In new academic year, finance and economic vocational school of the province has opened its doors.
In the framework of realization of national program by the president of Turkmenistan on transformation of social-living conditions in the country’s regions it is carried out construction of new modern settlement on the territory of Geneshlik “Taze yol” of Koneurgench etrap and modern populated area in Geneshlik named after Jumaniyaz Hudaybergenov of etrap named after S.A. Niyazov. Work on number of scale new buildings as construction of the center of emergency service, new province library, hotel for 350 places in Dashoguz, new buiding of the “Dashoguz” sanatorium in etrap named after Gurbansoltan eje and other projects is went on smoothly.
In February of the current year, an enterprise on production of grain products with the capacity of 50 thousand tons of flour per year with grain elevator for simultaneous keeping of 50 thousand tons of grain has been put in to exploitation in Gorogly etrap. Operation of new processing production promotes successful realization of the important state task on provision of food abundance of the country, saturation of consumers’ market with high quality products. The construction of cotton spinning mill on production of 6000 tons of cotton yarn per year and new cotton ginning enterprise with 40 000 tons in capacity that specialized in processing of seed cotton is carried out in Koneurgench etrap.
At ginneries of etrap of Gorogly and Akdepe new production shops are established and their construction and commissioning will enable employment of the leading technologies and enhance the level of one of the leading branches of the national economy.
Construction works of the enterprise on production of sterile bandaging materials go forward at a steady gait in Dashoguz.
Recently, the appearance of the province center that prepares for holding of the meeting of Elders’ Council of Turkmenistan has changed. A new wedding palace “Bagt kösgi”, new apartment dwellings with improved planning are prepared for commissioning.
