On the occasion of upcoming holiday - 22d anniversary of Independence, two more architectural premieres - commissioning of new modern buildings the House of culture in Gubadag etrap and sport complex in etrap named after Saparmyrat Turkmenbashy have been held at once in Dashoguz province.
The opening ceremony of new buildings of social importance that have been constructed in the framework of National program on radical transformation of social-living conditions of population of settlements, villages, etrap towns and centers for the period up to 2020 was participated by representatives of vilayet and etrap municipalities, social organizations, honorable elders and the youth. Manu-colored holiday features, inspired songs and music, stimulating performances of different amateur talent groups and athletes add a special solemnity to the events.
New House of culture that was put into exploitation in the administrative center of Gubadag etrap, located in the central part of settlement has been built by specialists of local individual construction enterprise. There has been created all conditions for revealing of creative potential and improvement of execution skills of amateur actors, holding of solemn cultural-mass activities.
Besides the main hall with stage where local amateur actors went on stage with concert program for the first time, the new building holds many rooms for different kinds of concert and stage activities, creative circles, administrative and technical purposes, including its joinery shop as well. And also there are rooms for rehearsals of theatre troupe, dancers, singers, musicians, make-up room, library, different kinds of studios in the number of which a studio of pictorial creativity and others.
The whole adjacent territory of Culture House with children’s and sport ground has been completely improved, illuminated and arranged green spaces. The new building also holds independent life support systems that provide its uninterrupted functioning.
At present time, the construction of similar Houses of culture is rapidly carried out in “Baydak” and “Amuderya” geneshliks of Gubadag etrap as well.
Today, in the atmosphere of great joy, new sport facility with stadium for one and a half thousand seats has been put into operation in Arzuw settlement of “Goshahowly” geneshlik of etrap named after Saparmurat Turkmenbashy. Besides the stadium there are enclosed open fields for tennis, volleyball, soccer, basketball, car park and building block for technical purposes that intended for independent supply with heat, water and electricity in the new sport complex. The whole adjacent territory of the facility has been completely improved, planted with trees and bushes and fitted out with modern lighting system.
There is a hotel, first aid post, referees’ room, training room, shower blocks, rooms for administrative staff and small scale canteen under grandstand areas of new building. Thus, there have been created all conditions for holding of different level sport competitions and go in for various kinds of sports for the benefit of health in sport and recreation sections.
New sport facility has become the second of such like complexes constructed in the recent years in this etrap. Earlier, new sport school for 365 seats as well as stadium for 500 seats that completely modernized and brought into line with modern requirements have been put into exploitation here.
