Several deputy candidates are nominated per a place in the National Parliament that meet the requirements of the elections held on the alternative basis. After the registration, the lists of candidates will be published in mass media and the agitation campaign will start.

The national observers' participation in the process would contribute to openness and objectivity.

More than 2,500 observers representing the Democratic Party, the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs as well as public organizations and associations of Turkmenistan were registered and received the relevant certificates.

All of them attended the educational seminars.
