In accordance with part 4, article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan as well as with the aim to create the favourable conditions for the festive celebration of the New Year's Holiday, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov issued the Decree authorizing to move the day off from December 29 to December 31 this year.
