Decision on assignment of land plots to citizens of the country in rural areas for management of their own subsidiary farms as well as land plots in cities, and settlements for construction of individual residential houses has become another important step in realization of large-scale program of all-round development of regions, completely improvement of socio-economic conditions of population.
Hundreds of projects commissioned into operation within the framework of the program for the last years have enabled to further improve the living standards of Turkmen nationals both in urban and rural areas. Our correspondent has visited construction sites of a newly building village in the geneshlik of «Yandaklyagyz» of Gokdepe etrap of Akhal province.
The construction of the village was given a start in March 2013 and changes are clearly visible today here. In compliance with the initial project, local state and private enterprises should have commissioned projects in October, 2014. The buildings of a nursery school for 200 children , a secondary school for 400 children, an administrative building of the geneshlik, 337 residential houses, 188 of them are three-roomed and 149 are four-roomed houses, have been constructed. Cottages have been built taking into account modern requirements and national architectural traditions and harmoniously match with comfortable urban standards and relate to rural mode. Necessary engineering and technical communication services, stationary telephone communications have been laid out. A regular electric power to houses is also ensured. Builders have constructed a transformer sub-station with reserved capacity.
A new village which occupies over 72 hectares of land fully corresponds to high standards of city-planning. Now accomplishment of the new village, installation of modern lighting systems, and other works continue there and in near future a symbolic key to the new village will be handed to its owners ceremoniously.
