A new kindergarten was put into operation in the administrative centre of Bereket Etrap in the framework of the National Programme of the President of Turkmenistan on the improvement of social and living conditions in villages, settlements, towns in etraps and etrap centres for the period till 2020.

The modern children's town that has extended the network of social facilities in the western region of the country meets the high standards set to educational institutions of this kind in Turkmenistan where upbringing of the younger generation and creation of the favourable conditions for integrated development are regarded as key priorities of the state policy.

Playing rooms, gyms and comfortable bedrooms for each children's age group of the kindergarten have necessary equipment and furniture. The conditions conducive to bringing up children, preparing them for school and teaching them foreign languages, computer skills, music, the art of drawing are created in classrooms; they will do physical exercises and practice sports in gyms. The kindergarten building houses the spacious assembly hall, dining room and auxiliary premises. The two-storey building has the necessary supply networks. There are a number of gazebos, sports and playgrounds with swings, roundabouts, slides and sandboxes in the yard.

Over the past six years a dozen of modern schools and kindergartens have been guilt in Balkan Velayat. Moreover, children's recreational centres have sprung up on the Caspian seashore in the Avaza national tourism zone and modern health improvement complexes and other sports facilities have been built in all towns and etraps.
