Nearly fifteen new facilities are under construction in the National Tourist Zone “Avaza”. Among them are four 5-star hotels, two parks of amusement, shopping center, yacht club and Congress Hall. Simultaneously, it is continued the activities on landscape gardening of the territory and expansion of forest shelter belt of the seaside resort.
Its creation was started four and a half years ago. Plots with total area of 360 hectares on 12-kilometer belt with 300 m width were allotted under green plantations to the ministries and departments.
The quantity of green areas keeps on growing. Soon it will be replenished by one more park being constructed to the order of the State committee for Tourism, and vast greenery zone being created by the Ministry of Nature protection along the artificial Avaza-river.
