The regular intersectional meeting devoted to realization of the national program and action plan for wholesome nutrition of population of Turkmenistan for 2013-2017 gathered representatives of ministries and departments included in the coordinative committee which is supervised by the ministry of health and medical industry of Turkmenistan .the meeting was held in the office of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan which formulated the agenda f the meeting.

The meeting has considered such issues as preparation for participation in the world exhibition “EXPO-2015” in Milan (Italy), observation of quality control and safety of food products manufactured by the private sector, results of state control by the state sanitary and epidemiological service of the ministry of health and medical industry of Turkmenistan for the work of enterprises producing consumer goods.
