In the district of Derveze of Akhal region a start is given for construction of a new complex of residential houses. Designated for residents of Ashgabat city, it will be located in the rural area in close vicinity of the detour road, 15-20 minute run from the centre of the city. For erection of modern housing the territory of 257 hectares of land is allotted and 1536 one and two storey houses as well as two schools, four nursery schools, two health homes, community service centre, four shops, accomplished squares and other projects are planned to be built there. Fro creation of optimal conditions for population of the future populated area the Ministry of Communications and Turkmengas State Concern are commissioned to lay communications systems and gas pipelines.
All residential houses will be built of monolithic fabrics with bricknogging and finishing of facades and interior premises with application of high quality materials –water emulsion dyes, tiles, laminate. The height of the floor is 3, 45 meters. The houses will have through and angle ventilation facilities. Individual boilers located in so-called heating rooms will heat the houses. So, practically all modern comforts and safe conditions for life will be created in them for future tenants.
At the allotted territory four types of residential houses are planned to be constructed. Over 230 cottages with an area of 222 square meters will be built at two levels. In these houses on both floors four sleeping rooms, a vast guest room, two bathroom unit, a hall, a kitchen, a heating room, and other premises are envisaged. At the plot in front of the house with an area of 0,8 hectares with decorative fence special portals which tenants can use as garage , household pantries or for keeping house animals will be placed.
One storey houses of five rooms (they will be of 376) with a area of 201 square meters will also have four sleeping rooms, and a guest room with an area of 36 square meters , bathroom units, and a heating room but unlike two-storey houses they will have basement premises. With a vase basement for household necessities and a full set of functional premises four-room cottages with an area of 167 square meters -376 houses will be built. And at last, three-room cottages with a bathroom unit and a basement (they will of 552) will enable to ensure convenience and comfort for small families.
