New village is founded in Garabekewil etrap of Lebap province. Wide deserted locality between highway of vilayet significance and railroad near border of Halach etrap was chosen for future large settlement. Socio-cultural facilities are constructed here by “Altyn burkut” private enterprise. Among them are the Health house with pharmacy, post-and-telegraph office, Cultural center, Trade Center with shop and bazaar, center of happiness, mosque, consumer services centre and fire safety department. At present, special stress is laid on modern school for 640 pupils.
The largest construction organization in the eastern region of the country – the vilayet production association “Lebapgurlushyk” was charged to erect 600 three-, four- and five-room highly comfortable houses and two kindergartens for 180 kids each.

Of course, the future settlers will like the reasoning of design of houses taking into account national mode of life. The corridor was constructed in due way that the children are able to play there. After clay grouting, the local sands in due care can bear fruits. This fact is testified by artificial oasis called Kose-kui located in several kilometers far from here and well-known all over Lebap. It was named after nickname of a man, who many years ago, has dug in these desert lands a well and cultivated here a real grove, which became favorite place for recreation of travelers.
Of course, the issues of water supply in new village are solved in accordance with requirements of the time. Here, along first street, the workers have laid the first kilometers of pipelines from the most durable polyethylene. Total length of these durable communications will be 18 kilometers. Through these pipelines, it will be provided the drinking water. Life-giving water will be delivered from five deep wells, where it will be constructed pumping station, purifying installations and concrete storage. It is worth mentioning that population of these lands use sweet water from wells.
It has been concluded over 100 agreements for mortgage construction. It is enough to pay only the tenth part of cost for house. Remain sum is paid off during 30 years, at that, the first five years – without percents. So, in the near future, many young families of farmers from neighboring peasants’ associations will move to new village. With commissioning of wide socio-cultural infrastructure, a lot of working places will appear there. Moreover, in new village, it is planned to open compact processing enterprises. There are other plans on cardinal solution of issues of job placement of its residents.
