This title can be referred to the white-marbled buildings of the specialized school for 420 pupils constructed in Balkanabat. It is wonderful gift for children with disabilities for the holiday – the 23rd anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence.
From windows of children’s rehabilitation center, it is opened wide panorama of Balhan Mountains, view of landscape complex located at their foothills, stadium and other physical and health-improving grounds. Location was selected very successfully. There is pure mountain air, which has favorable influence on health of children, who will live, study and recover their health among healing nature and of course, careful teachers and physicians.
While designing of three training and housing buildings it was taken into account the physical possibilities of children and age category of groups. All conveniences created here correspond with the highest requirements to such institutions. All rooms are bright and spacious, warm and comfortable that favorably affects the adaptation of young new settlers.
The classrooms are fitted with up-to-date technique from world manufacturers, including interactive boards, multimedia system, laboratory equipment and other technical means for training. Lingaphone equipment allows the logopedists developing oral speech of children, correcting their language defects, imparting the learning of foreign languages.
Composition of medical personnel of the rehabilitation center includes pediatrician, logopedists, dentist, therapeutist and other physicians, having rich work experience with children and knowing well their psychology. They have several medical and health-improving, treatment rooms fitted with the latest medical equipment. Main building contains special pool, multifunctional baths, where it is possible to get hydro-massage and other medical treatments useful for treatment of spinal column and musculoskeletal system.
Total area of new school is over 30 thousand square meters. Its whole adjoining territory was accomplished and planted with trees and bushes. There is also football field with green grass plot and running tracks, basketball grounds, tennis courts, where children are able to play different games, train in physical training and sports.
