It is continued an active preparation for upcoming elections of members for vilayet, etrap and city People’s Council. Within the framework of pre-election marathon, meetings with candidates are held everywhere. In the course of them, the voters familiarize with claimants, with provisions of their pre-election programs, learn about their personal and professional qualities, and discuss vital issues of state life, aspects of further realization of socio-economic programs and reforms.

In all election districts, several applicants were nominated for one place of candidate that will provide the alternativeness of elections. All candidates and their trustees have equal opportunities for agitation and meetings with voters, including at pre-election sessions, meetings, and in mass media.

All voters were provided with a right to discuss freely and thoroughly the nominated candidacies, familiarize with businesslike and personal qualities of every applicant and make their choice on November 23.
