Seminar devoted to the study of international experience in the field of creation and management of online resources started its work in Ashgabat in “Grand – Turkmen” hotel.

International experts P. Georgiyev and O. Homenok, who have had the experience of holding in our country of the training courses on Internet-publications, made reports before the representatives of several ministries and departments, electronic publications of Turkmenistan, taking part in the seminar, which was organized by the Center of Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Ashgabat.

Turkmenistan never stands aside of scientific-technical development, which major part is the possibilities of information nets. Various departments and organizations, enterprises and periodicals open their pages in Internet. Great number of thematic sites worked out by national specialists within the last years belong to them as well.

As the contributors noted, the current seminar, which will last several days, will be of great practical significance for more efficient creation and management of online-resources taking into account the world experience of development of digital technologies.
