The festive program includes numerous concerts of national and foreign variety performers. So, in these days, popular stars of foreign variety perform their solo concerts in the capital’s Winter Sports Complex. They are Deniz Attier and Rafet El-Roman (Turkey), Sergey Lazarev and Anna Shurochkina (Nyusha) (Russian Federation), Hayfa Vahbi (Lebanon).
The Russian circus artists will gladden the children at the State Circus of Turkmenistan from December 25. Their guest performances will be held until January 18 that allows visiting the performances not only the residents of the capital but also its guests from other regions of the country.
New Year’s week includes a huge list of interesting events. Turkmen capital will become the center of solemnities in these days. National masters of art will perform with their creative gifts on December 30 in “Ylham” park, square before the State Circus, “Watan” and “Turkmenistan” cinema and concert halls.
Its main heroes – Ayazbaba and Garpamyk prepare for the holiday with particular responsibility. They have to demonstrate their wonderful skills in creative contests to be held on December 18 in the vilayet theatres and then appear before children – the most exacting and thankful viewers.
One of the bright and significant events of the upcoming holiday will become the lighting ceremony at main Christmas tree of the country. It will be held on December 22 before “Alem” cultural and entertainment center, where it was set smart and highest Christmas tree of the country and expanded a real magic township.
As a good tradition, a large solemnity with participation of young residents of Turkmenistan as well as creative groups and artists of the capital will be held at the main Christmas tree of the country on December 26. As a rule, the nation leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov share the joy of New Year’s Day with young residents of Turkmenistan. Annually, the head of state congratulate the children on upcoming New Year’s Day.
Happy children will sing and dance in a ring at beautiful Christmas trees in all regions of the country. Here like in the capital, various New Year’s performances will be held until completion of winter holidays.
Traditionally, in the holiday days, summing up of the results of the contest “Yilyn parlak yildyzy” among young talented singers of the country and final concert of its participants will be held in Ashgabat. On December 24, millions of TV viewers will watch the broadcast of the concert from Congress Palace, where the stars of our variety, young talents will perform.
