The second issue of Politics and Society Journal of scientific theory published by the Archives of the President of Turkmenistan appeared in print. The issue presents a number of analytical reviews, educational and informative materials.
Particular attention in the issue is paid to the materials that reflect the experience of improvement of the Turkmen state and society, spiritual growth and creative spirit of our people.
One of the articles familiarizes the readers with the Military Doctrine of Turkmenistan, which is defensive in nature, and the measures taken to strengthen the power of the national army, improve its structures and enhance the effectiveness of their activities in order to protect the achievements of the sacred independence as well as peaceful and constructive life of the Turkmen people.
The second issue also presents the articles on the important issues related to the development of education, science and culture – the foundations of the intellectual and creative potential of the society, which effective use contribute to the further prosperity of the country.
As is known, the 20th anniversary of the status of neutrality of our state is celebrated in 2015, and in this regard, the current year is declared the Year of Peace and Neutrality in Turkmenistan. The article about the history, theory and practice of the neutral foreign-policy course of Turkmenistan is dedicated to the upcoming celebrations.
