Within the last year, we have hold a cycle of training seminars with teachers of all primary schools of Ashgabat. In the course of seminars, the teachers mastered a complex of special exercises for training of accommodative apparatus of eye of pupils. It was also offered the recommendations on optimization of training process taking into account the age peculiarities. It was worked out and introduced the methodic program with 3D pictures and special eye exercises without no disturbance to the teaching process. Recommendations contain a five-minute pause for special exercises after 20 minutes since beginning of the lesson; at the end of work with computer (no more than 20 minutes) – a break for training of accommodation by means of 3D pictures during one minute. One of important conditions is the observance of hygienic rules on brightness of classrooms, correct seat of pupil at the desk and while work with computer, holding no more than four lessons a day; distribution of lessons according to their complicacy; organization of right nourishment.

In this stage, with a view of early detection of visual disorders of pupils, it was organized a regular training cycle of seminars for paramedical personnel at the secondary schools of the capital. For this, the school were provided additionally with all essential manuals.

It was examined the senior pupils of tens of schools of the capital. Deeper examination was provided for those children, who had visual disorders. For this, it was worked out a scheme of examination of children’s vision, containing a series of anamnestic data, information about conditions for studies of children, and result of investigation of visual acuity. Such approach helps to determine opportunely concrete measures for improvement of vision in every concrete case.
