A ceremony of granting of money gifts to women on behalf of the head of state as well as solemn events in honor of the International Women’s Day is held in the Turkmen capital as well as in all regions of the country in the atmosphere of a large nationwide holiday.
Concerts, creative meetings and contests, conferences, sport competitions and other festive solemnities are organized in dedication to women.
In the museums and theatres of the country, it was organized exhibitions, stage performances, glorifying the wisdom and kindness, beauty and grandeur of beautiful representatives of humanity. At the Turkmen National Youth Theatre named after Alp Arslan, it was held festive event, which program included the performances of popular variety performers and colorful fashion parade presented by the capital’s Fashion House. Traditional exhibition of flowers was opened in the capital’s Fine Arts Museum.
It was held a celebration in honor of prizewinners of the contest “Woman of the year” organized by the Central Council of Women’s Union of Turkmenistan. A celebration in honor of winners of the contest “Talyp gozeli – 2015” organized by the Ministry of Education, Central Council of Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly and Women’s Union of Turkmenistan will take place at the Turkmen State Institute of Culture on March 6.
On March 7, a festive concert with participation of masters of culture and art will be held in the capital’s Congress Palace “Maslahat koshgi”.
A whole bunch of catchy bright solemnities will be presented for glorious daughters of Motherland artlessly on the day of holiday – the 8th of March. Among them are musical concerts in the capital’s cinema and concert halls “Watan” and “Turkmenistan”.
