A regular number of historic-documentary, theoretical and methodological magazine “Turkmen arhivi” of Main Archival Management at the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan is opened with the speech of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the meeting of the Elders’ Council held on October 20, 2014, where it was clearly highlighted the vital issues of state development for the foreseeable future.
Further, it is necessary the selection of official documents passed in the last year. Among them are the Decrees and Resolutions of the President of Turkmenistan related to scientific-educational sphere, as well as Resolutions of the Parliament and Elders’ Council of the country.
In the heading “New publications”, it is provided the information about productions of the nation leader published in the last year. They are original key to understand cultural and historical traditions, spiritual and moral values of the Turkmen people.
