Solemn presentation of new edition – the book of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “Turkmenistan – the country of prosperity and progress” was held at the conference hall of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan. Publication of a regular collection of statements of the nation leader continues the established tradition of publications timed to significant dates of the national calendar in Turkmen, English and Russian languages of priceless and wise thoughts of the head of state collected from speeches at the international forums, congratulatory addresses to people.
Among published collections of the aphorisms of the President of Turkmenistan, it is worth mentioning “Health – the source of happiness”, “Education – the happiness, prosperity and success”, as well as “Water – the source of life and abundance” issued in April of the current year and devoted to the issues of environmental protection, rational use of natural resources.
New edition of statements of the nation leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “Turkmenistan – the country of prosperity and progress” was published on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Great Victory in war of 1941-1945 and Constitution Day of Turkmenistan and Poetry of Magtymguly Fragi, being celebrated in May.
Having noted the symbolicalness of publication of new collection of aphorisms of the head of Turkmen state in the days of celebration of Victory Day, reflecting the courage and fortitude, unparalleled feat of defenders of Motherland for the sake of bright future, the participants of presentation underlined the role and significance of the book in the field of upbringing of young generation in the spirit of patriotism and love for Motherland.
The book published at the high printing level is illustrated with photo materials about our veterans and present defenders of Homeland, capital’s Memorial Complex “Halk hakydasy”.
Addressed to wide readership it serves an important source of wisdom and knowledge for young residents of Turkmenistan, who are responsible for the future of Motherland, as well as for foreign readership, which is interested in successes and attainments of Turkmenistan.
