The ceremonies of opening new buildings and facilities took place on the eve of the National Flag Day celebrations in the framework of the National Programme of the President of Turkmenistan for improvement of the social and living conditions in settlements, villages, towns in etraps and etrap centres for the period till 2020.
A sports complex with the 1,500-seat stadium and sports school designed for 365 students were put into operation in Sakarchaga Etrap. The ceremonies brought together representatives of velayat, etrap and municipal khyakimliks, the elders and local young citizens.
The sports complex is designed for holding various sports competitions and events. The stadium with a football field and running tracks occupies the major part of the complex. There are hotel, medical room, coaches’ rooms, shower cubicles and offices under the seats. The new sports facilities include the outdoor tennis court, volleyball, mini football and basketball grounds. The adjacent territory is planted with greenery.
The necessary conditions for holding massive competitions are created at the new sports school designed for 365 young athletes where they will learn the basics of sportsmanship. There is the big gym for doing various sports, the small gym for practicing boxing, wrestling, weightlifting and playing chess and fitness centre in the new sports school. There are many outdoor sports facilities in the schoolyard. Its territory is planted with trees and shrubs and illuminated. The necessary conditions are created at school so that children can be physically fit and healthy and improve their sportsmanship.
The secondary school designed for 500 children opened the doors in Bayramali. As usual the ceremony of opening the new school turned into the bright festivities. Numerous guests gathered together on the square in front of the school decorated with balloons and colourful ribbons, music was heard everywhere and artistic groups presented a bright performance to ceremony guests and participants.
The new complex includes the school building, sports facilities and auxiliary premises. Elementary classrooms, computer rooms and laboratories supplied with state-of-the-art equipment and multimedia technologies. There are language laboratories where children study foreign languages and special classrooms where they study chemistry, physics, biology and computer science, the library with a big reading hall and spacious rooms for music, choreography, drawing and decorative and applied art classes in the school building. The school building houses the assembly hall for holding the festivities and meetings, the Galkynys room, teachers’ rooms and school administration offices. There is the medical room in the school.
Physical development of schoolchildren is an important aspect of the educational process. Children can do various sports and physical exercises in the spacious gym with sports equipment, on football fields and basketball and volleyball grounds. There are summer sports grounds in the schoolyard.
