Other sub-objects of the capital recreational zone on the coast of Caspian Sea have also got the finished form. Near swimming pool with the size 25 to 12 meters, aqua park and children’s small pool, it is established water attractions. From the seaside, the summer bar and cafe, tennis court, basketball and children's playgrounds are constructed. Summer arbors and decorative sun-protection awnings are located in convenient places.
From hotel it was laid a direct alley to a pier for sea walks on motor, sailing and rowing boats. In halfway to a mooring, in a beach zone, it was constructed the summer pavilion, where the visitors will enjoy cooling and energy drinks. Nearby, it was accomplished a ground for beach football.
In the hotel, a brigade of sanitary technicians, electricians, assemblers, dressers have started a finishing stage of works. In ground floor of a building, it is completed the works in premises of cultural-entertaining, and also technical and office appointment. Among them, the most considerable in the sizes are the reception hall, nightclub, game hall, multipurpose SPA-salon and swimming pool. According to design norms, it is finished the medical, massage and other rooms of restorative -preventive medicine.
